Preece Land Surveying, Inc. is a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVBE), incorporated
on February 1st, 2005.

The company has provided a variety of surveying services on numerous projects including Boundary &
Topographic surveys that range in size from ¼ acre to 4,100 acres; Construction layout on projects such
as Summercrest Phases 1-3, St. James Park, Sonoma and several Units in the Villages; Record plats on
several subdivisions such as Bellwether Office Park, Brittany Estates, Fox Hounds and Hacienda De La
Manchas, Berkshire Oaks; Engineering support services for City and County site plans; Ordinary High
Water Surveys; M.S.T.U. projects such as Concordia Park and Hibiscus Park. Our firm is currently
working on several residential and commercial development projects that total over 10,000 acres within
the Tri-County area.

Glen H. Preece, Jr., president and owner of Preece Land Surveying, Inc. has been practicing land
surveying for over 30 years in Marion County. His knowledge, experience and success in the surveying field
can only be attributed to his hard work, integrity and honesty which are the cornerstones for his business.
The company is dedicated to providing surveying services on a professional level using the latest
technology & equipment including G.P.S., robotics, AutoCAD Civil 3D and data collectors with qualified
personnel.
